- Can a user quickly understand how to navigate and use your product?
- Does your product highlight your main feature from the home screen?

Make it **incredibly easy** to reach the core feature — friction leads to churn. Make it **delightful** to be a user.

Don't make it difficult for users to navigate your product. It should be incredibly easy to get to the core feature. The harder your product is to use, the less likely a customer is to stick around.

If you need a tutorial to explain how to use your product, you may have already failed. (Large SaaS platforms with complex workflows are the main exception.)
